Originally from Nigeria and having lived in the United Kingdom before settling in the United States, Kunle holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Florida.

After two decades as a software developer and architect working with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, Kunle transitioned into real estate investing — beginning as a residential home flipper and expanding into new construction and property rehabilitation. As a licensed general contractor with certifications in restoration and a Certified Aging-in-Place designer, he brings a deep understanding of property condition, improvement potential, and long-term value.

 

Kunle is especially skilled in helping buyers evaluate investment opportunities, renovation projects, and fixer-uppers, ensuring they make informed and confident decisions.
