Sandy Kauffman brings a lifetime of connection to the Philadelphia region and more than two decades of experience guiding clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions. Known for her concierge-level approach and steady guidance, Sandy is deeply committed to protecting her clients’ interests while making the buying and selling process feel seamless and thoughtfully managed.
Raised in Broomall and a longtime resident of Radnor before building a home in Center City Philadelphia, Sandy has lived and worked across the region — from the Main Line to Chester County to Delaware County — giving her a nuanced understanding of local neighborhoods, architecture, and market dynamics. Today, she and her husband, Ron, reside in Malvern.
Sandy’s passion for Philadelphia’s history, design, culture, and communities shapes how she serves her clients.
